Being a small team it is easier for us internally to communicate and achieve cohesion. Similarly you, the client, if you choose, you are able to talk with the person actually working on your project. Working timelines are agreed and you will have the opportunity to view and give feedback on the project as it progresses. In this way you are ensured that the final product is one you are satisfied with.
